Saddles

Where possible, I am very happy to work with a client’s existing saddle. I do carry a small range of 2nd hand saddles being sold on behalf of clients. I am also able to offer client’s new saddles from my own range of Connect Equine saddles that we have designed and developed specifically to support the biomechanics of both horse and rider. In addition, I am able to supply new saddles from the full AH Saddles range.

We set up Connect Equine Ltd with the intention of bringing biomechanically sympathetic and therapeutic products to the Equine market. All of our leather products are of a very high quality and hand made by Frank Baines Saddlery, one of the longest established families of traditional Saddle Makers in Walsall, England. Our signature product is our range of Connect Equine Saddles.

Our saddles have been designed and developed specifically to support the biomechanics of both horse and rider and include our exclusive ConnectTek design technology which:

Supports that horse’s dynamic posture, regardless of whether they are broad with a flat-back or narrow with a high set wither
Enables the horse to find a greater freedom of moment by enabling them to engage their hind legs more readily and find a more weight-bearing posture
Supports the rider in finding and maintaining the correct ‘neutral posture’
Provides a high level of comfort for the horse and for the rider
Allows for the width of the saddle to be adjusted without stretching the tree points and risking compromise to the tree

I am also able to offer high quality hand-made padded GP and Dressage girths; both straight and anatomical as well as Correction Pads and Wither Pad which all incorporate our exclusive ConnectTek design technology.

Preloved Saddles - Selling Your Saddle

I offer a preloved saddles sale service to any clients who would like me to sell their Connect Equine Saddle, AH Saddle or LM Saddle on their behalf. Please note that this is on a commission basis and my commission fees are as follows:

£120 commission on saddles valued below £1,000
15% commission on saddles valued at £1,000 and above

These rates are inclusive of insurance, whilst your saddle is in my care and any Paypal or card transaction fees incurred. Please contact me for a Preloved Saddle Sale Form, which lays out the terms of any preloved sale arrangement
